About DilutionCalculator.net

DilutionCalculator.net is a small, independent website that does one thing well: a fast, free dilution calculator that works in any browser without an account.

Why we built it

Preparing a working solution should take seconds, not a hunt through vendor pages and unit tables. We wanted one page that solves C1V1 = C2V2 for any unknown, converts between M, mM, µM, nM, mg/mL and percent on the fly, and shows the exact volumes to pipette.

How we keep results accurate

Unit prefixes follow the SI definitions, and every formula is covered by automated tests that reproduce worked examples from university chemistry textbooks and other published references. The calculators are a convenience, not a substitute for your lab's protocols: always double-check critical preparations. If you ever spot a wrong result, please tell us and we will fix it quickly.
